A Clear, Fast Website Built for Local Customers

Your website should make it easy to understand what you do, where you work, why someone should trust you, and how to contact you. I build around those basics first, then test the site across mobile and desktop before launch.

What I Build Around

The Questions a Customer Needs Answered Quickly

A local service website does not need to impress another agency. It needs to help a real customer understand the business and take the next sensible step.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

What Do You Do?

Services are organized and described in plain language so customers can tell whether the business is a fit.

๐Ÿ“

Where Do You Work?

Service areas are made clear without creating misleading doorway pages or pretending the business has locations it does not have.

๐Ÿค

Why Should Someone Trust You?

Real licenses, experience, project photos, policies, reviews, affiliations, and other legitimate trust signals are presented clearly when available.

๐Ÿ“ž

How Do They Contact You?

Calls, texts, forms, quote requests, or booking paths are placed where they are easy to find and use on mobile.

๐Ÿงช

Does It Actually Work?

Forms, links, responsive layouts, performance, and common usability issues are tested before launch.

๐ŸŒ Typical Build Process

1

Scope

We define pages, features, content responsibility, integrations, ownership, and what is not included.

2

Structure

I organize the site around services, service area, trust, and customer actions.

3

Build

The site is built to the agreed scope using an appropriate stack for the project.

4

Test

I check mobile and desktop behavior, links, forms, basic accessibility, and performance.

5

Launch & Handoff

Approved work is launched, and ownership, maintenance, hosting, and update responsibilities are documented.

Good First Fit

Especially Useful When the Current Site Is Missing the Basics

You may not need a giant rebuild. Sometimes the right answer is one strong page or a focused cleanup.

1

No Website

Start with a focused site that clearly states the services, area, proof, and contact options.

2

Outdated Website

Keep what still works, remove obvious friction, and modernize only what needs it.

3

Confusing Contact Path

Fix buried phone numbers, broken forms, unclear calls to action, or mobile usability problems.

4

Services Are Hard to Understand

Reorganize copy and navigation so the customer does not have to decode the business.

What I Can Promise

A Better-Built Website, Not a Guaranteed Number of Jobs

The site can be designed to reduce friction, present the business clearly, and make contact easier. It cannot force people to visit, call, buy, or book.

  • โœ“

    Clear scope before work starts

Pages, features, integrations, revisions, and responsibilities should be stated before the build begins.

  • โœ“

    Mobile and desktop testing

The finished site is checked on common viewport sizes before launch.

  • โœ“

    Performance optimization

I test and optimize performance rather than promising a universal load time that can vary by device, network, hosting, and third-party scripts.

  • โœ“

    Honest measurement

If analytics or call/form tracking are included, I report the data without claiming every downstream sale was caused by the website.

Scope Questions

Things We Define Before the Build

Who owns the domain and website?
+

Ownership should be stated clearly in the proposal for the specific project. I do not want a client discovering after launch that basic ownership or access works differently than they expected.

Who provides the words and photos?
+

That depends on the scope. We establish whether you are providing content, whether I am helping draft it, and what happens when required photos or information are missing.

Are revisions unlimited?
+

No vague unlimited-revision promise. The proposal states the included revision process so both sides know what is covered.

Will a new website get me more customers?
+

It may help by making the business clearer and easier to contact, but customer demand, competition, reputation, pricing, traffic sources, and many other factors affect results. I do not guarantee lead or revenue volume.

Do I need ongoing maintenance?
+

That depends on the site and your comfort level. Maintenance can be scoped separately, or the handoff can be designed so you or another provider can manage routine updates.
